This is a legal participation agreement between you (members and visitors) and FameStock.com that by signing up user accepts all the conditions of this agreement.

Members are responsible for all the results arising from the release of the data they send. FameStock.com doesn't take any responsibility on any content uploaded by member. .

Members are not allowed to upload content of violence, pornograpy, racism, ethnic discrimination etc. FameStock.com will remove such content as soon as possible. Famestock.com doesn't take any responsibility about content provided by member.

Content provided in FameStock.com is available for personal use only, commercial use is prohibited.

FameStock.com has the right to remove any content provided by member. By accepting this membership agreement you accept that your conet may be removed by FameStock.com.

Images copyrights that you submitted to this web site are entirely yours. However, the copyright of the images in the campaigns and contests will belong to FameStock.com.

The images on this site may not be reproduced without the owner's permission.

FameStock.com can not be held responsible from problems that may arise from the messages members send to each other.

Site members are responsible from their communications in online message systems, site message systems, forums etc. Any message against famestock.com membership terms and coditions will be deleted as soon as possible and member's registration will be canceled.

Corporate members have the right to make a contract through a cast agency or directly with the actors, musicians or other members of the web site.

FameStock.com is not responsible for issues related to access to our web site. FameStock.com is not responsible for partial or complete loss of any content.

Members may not provide links or redirections to external websites without FameStock.com's permission.

FameStock.com is not responsible from any problems caused by malicious software and/or downloads that may harm members' computers or systems.

FameStock.com is not responsible from any loss of messages between members.

FameStock.com does not guarantee members get fameous and/or to find jobs. FameStock.com aims to build a relationship between professional companies and individual members. Web site's only liability is to publish the data uploaded by the members. FameStock.com does not charge extra payment or commission from members and professional companies.

If professional companies login to FameStock.com with their accounts, they confirm that they accept and understand the usage terms and conditions.

All members must keep their account password confidential. Members are entirely responsible for all the transactions done under their membership. Members are liable from the damage caused to FameStock.com. Members are not allowed to use another member's account for logging in.

Membership fees are not refundable. Members may not request refund.

Services and content are not guarantied unless a special agreement is done.

FameStock.com may provide links to external websites. FameStock.com is not responsible from problems that may arise from those external websites.

FameStock.com reserves the rights to change terms and conditions any time. Members accept further changes to terms and conditions.

Standard FameStock.com membership is free. Standart members may upload 1 photo, create their profile. Members who allowed their profiles details can be viewed. Standard members within the site can not send or receive messages and can not apply to projects. Corporate members can view individual Standard members' information. Members must become GOLD member to apply for projects and send messages to other member.

To become a GOLD member in FameStock.com members must pay the annual fee. Members are liable to renew their annual memberships, FameStock.com doesn't renew memberships automaticly.

VIP membership to FameStock.com is free and can only be granted by FameStock.com management.

Members, who upload at least 1 photo to their profiles can appear in listings in the search results. Upload at least one photo to your profile immediately after activating your membership.

Those under 18 may join the web site by the help and confirmation of their parents.

Members may ask their videos to be shown under FameStock TV and FameStock.com home page. FameStock.com management has the right to decide whether to show or not.

Uploaded videos to our site by the members will be shown in their own profile page. FameStock.com may decide to show your video on home page and FameStock TV.

As soon as you register and each time you login to our site your IP address will be recorded for security reasons. If it is determined that you post illegal or pornographic materials, your time of connection and IP address will be provided to judicial authorities.

Profile information you have entered will run on your own page. All kinds of user information can be removed or modified by FameStock.com management.

Members who are registered to FameStock.com agree to this contract and on the basis of this contract information may be deleted for any technical reason or by the decision of FameStock.com management.

FameStock.com members can cancel their membership at any time, by reporting to the management of FameStock.com from contact page.

All users regardless of their membership type are subject to all terms and conditions.

FameStock.com ensures that all the information given by their members will not be shared to the 3rd parties. FameStock.com can accumulate all the information given by the member to make demographic and statistical research to give the members better network and service and marketing and advetising means. Membership terms and conditions can be modified by FameStock.com without notice.

Members agree to pay the damage caused because of their violation of this agreement.

Corporate members, are fully responsible from projects they open and messages they send to members.

Corporate members accept to be responsible of any legal issue that may arise between corporate member and individual members.

Corporate members are responsible of all the projects posted to web site, their legitimacy, and after this projects are developed, FameStock.com can not be held responsible from problems that may rise between individual members and corporate members.
